Best Sys log server for windows

I tried kiwi Syslog Server Didnt like the output format. Basically i want to monitor the firewall logs and be able to see it like it is on the pfsense syslog page. Id like to be able to search threw it to find a specific ip address a computer trying to connect to and figure out who trying to access it. So a txt file out put would work
