Change webconfigurator port don't work

Change port of webconfigurator(http) don't take any effect.

Looking at this, it does look at way at first glance. However, the port setting does take, it just doesn't restart the WebGUI like it is supposed to.

If you manually restart the GUI from the console, it comes up on the new port.

I'll see if I can figure out why.
