Tried to install squidguard which spit out an error:

Warning: file_put_contents(/usr/local/etc/squidGuard/squidguard_conf.xml): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/pkg/squidguard.inc on line 1098

After the installation i did a reinstall and all went without any error.

I've installed that package tons of times and haven't had any problems, and nothing in that area of the package has changed recently that I can see.

Can you reproduce this at all? If so, under what conditions?

fact is that i'm updating nearly every day, but it was a new install of squidguard.
Only packages i installed before were squid and lightsquid. Its not so important, but good to know.

I will test that and give you an answer.
