      after months of tweaking using HFSC and still not able to get it to work as required for my voip phone, i then shifted to CBQ and noticed the below in the system log when traffic was high.
      qp2p queue being the  default queue to catch p2p etc which was initially set to 1% but increased to 2% but still i get these in the system log.

      my download at 1MBps and upload at 256Kbps
