      Howdy,
We had a full install of pfsense v1.2.3 up and going.  I made a full configuration backup of it, built a new box, installed pfsense v1.2.3, imported the configuration, and tweaked the interfaces as needed.

The problem is that we are constantly getting the following alert:
There were error(s) loading the rules: pfctl: DIOCSETSTATUSIF The line in question reads [ DIOCSETSTATUSIF]:

ALso, I am not sure if its related or not, but the pfsense box can pass traffic externally (using the ping test at the console), but nothing behind pfsense can get past it anymore.

      Any ideas?
      Thanks!
      Alan

That's not enough information to go on unfortunately. We need a lot more info, what kind of hardware, network cards, if they all show up after the upgrade, if you're using vlans, etc, etc. Even just some general info about your configuration would help.

If possible, attach a sanitized (stripped of passwords and identifying IPs and such) version of your config before and after the upgrade.
