After successfully configuring FreeSwitch on 1.2.3, incoming calls stopped working.  It seems that about 5 minutes after I start Freeswitch, calls from the outside aren't registering on my box.  I have ports 5060 and 5080 opened to pfSense.  I register with two different sip providers for two different DID's (sipphone and ipcomms.net), and after about 5 minutes, I don't see anything in the log files resembling an incoming call, or an error.  I can place calls between extensions inside the network just fine, as well as make outgoing calls through the two sip providers in question.  But, a I said, I restart Freeswitch, and I'm good to go for another 5 minutes.

Can someone advise me what to do?  Thank you very much!

Thank you very much, jimp.  Point #2 did the trick.  I never came across that article in my searching.
