So i'm not really sure if it's an error, because i clicked "skip" and he continoued the installation.

After that, the HD told me CRC error.

Ok, but the first time, i installed it with an older release and another HD, i got the same error, without the CRC Error on the first boot.

So is that an usual install error? :)

crc error usually means that the HD has physical problems. Maybe bad sectors, maybe bad cable.

Also change the type of the IDE in the BIOS if it supports it to CHS.

            the CRC error is ok.
But i got this error on another installation too, but after that it worked fine.

            So any more ideas? :)
