      Hi there,

I have bridged my LAN and my OPT (WLAN) together. Now I can add rules for LAN and for WLAN in order to allow or disallow traffic. So what is the point in having another tab with the actual bridge? When do I need to add rules on that tab? I have no rules on there but still everything works fine. I also have no floating rules enabled…

      Cheers
      James

There isn't unless you assigned the bridge interface. With the default sysctl settings, putting rules on the bridge won't do anything.
