      Hi,

Since the pfSense-Full-Update-2.0-BETA4-20101018-1535.tgz upgrade my Inbound Load Balancer (HTTP) seems to be broken.
Under Load Balancer / Status / Virtual Servers / Status column it says "Unknown - relayd not running?".

Under Load Balancer / Status / Pools / Servers column the server is marked with RED even though apache is running on the server
and the default gateway on the server are set to the LAN CARP address of the pfSense cluster.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, if so, are there any fix to resolve this?

Can you please update to the latest snapshots ther ehave been some work going during the previous dates which miht have impacted this.

Please also do a ps -ax | grep relay after upgrading and having the same issue.
        Also post the system log.

The load_balancer section of your config would also help.

I made some changes to some field names which may be causing some of this, but I'd need to see that section of your config.xml to see if it might have caused a problem there.

            Hi,

ps -ax | grep relay does not return anything (same on both cluster-nodes). I've attached the files you've requested (rename from .txt to .zip).

            files.txt

I can't open that up as a .zip or a .7z or anything else. It may have been corrupted when you uploaded it as .txt

Added files again. Rename .jpg to .zip this time.

I was able to open it that time.

Can you post the contents of /var/etc/relayd.conf also? It's saying there is a syntax error there, so we'll need that one too.

Looking at the config, somehow you have some empty entries in there (not all together, I'm just showing them that way here):

                      		 <lbpool><lbaction><lbprotocol><virtual_server></virtual_server></lbprotocol></lbaction></lbpool>

I'd edit those out of a config backup and restore it, see if the problems persists.

                          Sorry,

Still get this in the system log but it seems to be working though.
