Just a data point that upgrading from BETA4 (Wed Sep 22 22:49:23 EDT 2010 ) to the version above breaks the interface mapping like other reports. This was performed on a ESX VM (thank you snapshot capability).
Will try again once the next build comes out.
Does this still happen on recent snapshots?
