        How much bandwidth?

The alixes are available from various vendors with pfSense already preinstalled.

The WAN connections would be one cable at 16mbps and one dsl as fail-over and 3mbps.

The LAN I dont need a gigabit connection.

How many LAN ports does the card have to have and how much RAM?

          Thanks

The ALIX 2D3 has 3 ethernet interfaces.
Like this you can connect two WANs and one LAN.

It has 256 MB RAM, but as long as you're not using any fancy packages this should be ok.
