How to set up a basic fail-rollover WIth 2 wans

I have what is probably a very simple question:
I have a netgate box with 1 X Lan and 2 X WAN (WAN - Cable, and what I called VZWAN-dsl).
I want it that normally all traffic should use the WAN. However if the internet is not reachable through WAN (cable is down), automatically, all traffic should go through VZWAN.
How would I do this?

Open load balancer from the services menu, setup a new pool and select failover in stead of load balance.

Thank you, but only the WAN interface is avalailable from the drop down list. The other one (opt 1), Does not show up.

Did you check "Enable Optional 1 interface"?

Yes. I also noticed that in the interface configuration, it does not give any ppoe, pptp, etc.. options

This is correct if you are using 1.2.3-release. You only get those on the WAN. Beta 2.0 supports multiple pppoe's, I think.
As for your problem, I can't think of any other reason why OPT1 wouldn't show in the load balancer.

On the other hand, I noticed that there is a tab for it under DHCP server.
I guess it thinks it a LAN. How do I tell it that it is supposed ot be used for a WAN connection? -
That's normal as well. OPT1 could be a second LAN, thus the option to enable DHCP server on it's side.
Under Status -> Interfaces does it show the OPT1 status as UP? Have you setup static IP and gateway or has it autoconfigured those if you use DHCP to receive those settings.
