Problem enabled second wan on a netgate board

I have a Netgate board with 3 ports.

I am trying to activating the second WAN port. I went into interfaces ->assign, selected add, chose vr2 and left it as opt1.

It does not give my though ppoe options etc…

Also, when I go into create a failover, it is not listed there.
