PfSense 1.2.3-RELEASE nanobsd + Squid + SquidGaurd remote logging

I am running several netgate pfSense machines (nanobsd) and would like to enable the squid / squidgaurd logs to go to a remote syslog server.  I've searched forums here and can't seems to find an answer on how to do this.  Has anybody been successful doing this?

You could probably install the PHPservice package and adapt the example code to work with squid/squidguard logs to get them into syslog. You can then use the built-in remote syslog settings to send the logs to a different server.
