1.2.3 - Shapping & more IPSec tunnels

Hi all,

I cannot find if it's possible to shape some of the number of IPSEc tunnels between two pfSenses (1.2.3).

I have this scenario:

            VPN1                 VPN2
             |                    |
             |                    |
LAN ----- pfSense1 == IPSec == pfSense2 ------ LAN2
             |                    |
             |                    |
            SAN1                 SAN2

There are couple of IPSec tunnels between those two pfSense boxes and I need to shape few of them to not throttle whole bandwidth - is this possible with 1.2.3, or with 2.0?
