    Lan not communicating with WAN

      after an hour of normal operation, my LAN just stops talking to the WAN???

      all LAN users stay connected to each other, computers, printers, server etc, i don't think rebooting the switch has any effect…..

      and PPTP VPN user's are still connected through the WAN to the PFsense box and can browse the web, i can also still connect to the pfsense box remotely via the WAN interface, but i can't connect to the PFsense box via the LAN interface......

      It's the most puzzling thing, a restart will fix the problem but only for another hour or so, i can't see anything glaring in the logs.

      How can i make sure that it isn't a hardware failure while i'm in the web interface when the problem happens
