      Hi there,

I just checked the output of the RRD Summary packages. Today is the first and it says that I have a total traffic of 891958 MBytes which really can't be in one day…

Any one else got weird values? Who is maintaining the package? I am using it on 2.0-beta4...

I haven't messed with the package in a while (I wrote it initially) but it does only work with the data in your RRD graphs. If your RRD graphs don't include all of the data for the period, or there is some other issue/discrepancy between the RRD graph numbers and the real amount of data transferred, then the totals will not be correct.

Do the numbers on your RRD graphs look appropriate? No gaps in the data?

There are no gaps on my graphs. The graphs look good. But does the summary package take a look at the traffic graphs? I thought these would only show me my speed? And not the total bandwidth…

The graphs are drawn from the data in the RRD files, the RRD summary package attempts to add the values up from the same files and produce a sum from them, giving you total usage.

              Same data, two different views.
