Snap Dec 5 06:21 x86 webGUI broken when System -> Firmware -> Updater-Settings

Hi,
the webGUI hangs and couldn't be refreshed after clicking on "Updater Settings" in "System -> Firmware".
Same when clicking on Startup page on "There's a new version, click here".
I had this problem with Dec 4 snapshot, too.After I reboot pfsense, I again could login to webGUI.
I have this problem with 2 pfsense boxes, running the snapshots above.

It takes a long time to respond but it does work. Took me about 3 minutes to load the page. Affects Nov 27 till the current build.

You are right!
I tried it once again and it really "only" takes a long time. I'm not sure, if this was in the past snapshots, too. -
It was because the files.pfsense.org server was down, and loading that page requires fetching a manifest file before it can continue. It should be OK now.

Thanks for the info, I was having the same problem this morning but I did wait long enough and it eventually worked as well. I'll try again tomorrow, had to leave for an appt. before I got finished (just playing with CARP sync for the first time, on a second test VM :-)

for me it works fine now. Even with the Dec 5 snapshot. Didn't upgrade to Dec 6 snapshot because of reported issus with pfsense in "SQUID + Lightsquid" thread.
