Corrupted Downloads if "Bypass proxy for these source IPs"

Hello, we use the latest pfsense and have a problem with our windows7 x64 notebooks. If i download a file from the web (http or ftp) from client to fileserver i get damaged downloads. It only occurs on notebooks their ip is in the bypass proxy list "Bypass proxy for these source IPs". I testet it on 5clients.
Is a problem known of damged downloads with pfsense ?

EDIT: Problem is only with firefox
EDIT: Opera have the same Problem; The problem ist not with every website. The clients are completly new installed. Only with latest bios and drivers are installed.

Please specify the version number, not something as meaningless as "the latest".
