PfSense 2.4 BETA4 - multiple priority based on ipaddress/mac

Hello,

First of all, I do have search the redmine, forum and using the trafic shaper itself without figuring out how to do this.

I would like to differentiate the users using creating

a) default priority, all users not defined is in this group
b) create priority groups/level based on ip/mac address

Combination of this and Layer7 would be perfect, but priority based on IP should be good enough, can anybody help me?

Do nobody know this?
If I do remember correct, this was an easy task in pfSense 1.2.3
