I'm posting this in the hopes that it will help someone else in the future. I kept getting "Fatal trap 18: integer divide fault while in kernel mode" crashes right after USB was initialized on a Jetway JNF91-600 motherboard. I fixed the issue by switching my hard drive to LBA mode in the BIOS.
