      Anytime I do an upgrade to the build the Enable Disable UPNP button must be unchecked then click the change button and then click the enable button and change and I get an open NAT status from the Xbox live service.
      Static IPs or even assigning them based off of mac address is not necessary.

      A reboot does not give an open NAT either, the service must be stopped and restarted in order to get an open NAT.

      Hope this saves someone some time.
