Currently I have pfsense 2.0 beta 4 lastest update with dhcp on lan, transparent squid, traffic shaper and captive portal.
If I disable the captive portal there is no problem to browse the internet.
If I enable captive portal and add the mac pass-through there is no problem neither.
But if no pass-though is added then it does not show the login page.

      Any ideas??

They still have problems last i had looked with captive portal.  Only way i had gotten it working was to roll back to the Dec. 17th 14:16 snap and use the provided code in shell to make it work.

        /sbin/sysctl net.inet.ip.fastforwarding=1

It has been fixed in latest snapshots.
Also the fix mentioned above will not work anymore.

That's why I made the reference to roll back to the Dec. 17th 14:16 snap  ;)
