Translating pfSense

Hi.

I wish to translate pfSense in Italian, and I read this document: http://wiki.pfsense.com/wikka.php?wakka=HowtoTranslatepfSense.
After installing pfSense to the hard disk, I don't have the /usr/local/www/language directory.

Is there a problem or I'm making some mistake?

The needed code is only in the head-version (developement version of the next major version). It's not in the 1.x-series.
