Not sure this is some misconfiguration I made or a bug.. posting it here so that maybe at least somebody can tell me what I did wrong.
Story:
I started my ltsp-client today, it get an ip(for booting) and boots over the network, but then when it's supposed to get the "real" IP-address it gets stuck in an endless loop of
dhcpdiscover ->
dhcpoffer 10.0.0.51 <-
dhcprequest 10.0.0.51 ->
dhcpnak <-and so on..
What I had to do to boot:
Logged in to pfS, and gave 00:01:2e:bc:0e:c3 a "static ip" via the dhcp server options..
Then It worked. I guess I got the dhcp NAK because the IP-lease had expired? But then why would pfS offer it..This is the first time I rebooted the ltsp-client since upgrading to "2.0-BETA4 (i386) built on Sat Dec 11 18:55:28 EST 2010" from some 2.0 October build.
Here's some of the dhcp-log. (Reverse order)
