      Hi,

      I have upgrade to

      2.0-BETA5 (i386)
built on Tue Jan 4 01:12:44 EST 2011

      (Alix Board)

And since them, i get no DNS from my Internet Provider. The field "DNS server(s)" on the Dashboard (System Information) is empty. PPPoE is connected, i got an IP-Adress, and when I set the Google DNS-Server ( 8.8.8.8 ) for the Client, I was able to surf.

I have no ppp logs, sorry. It seems, that ppp is not logging…

        Another info:

I use the DNS-Forwarder for all devices, but without a DNS Server from the ISP it does not work anymore.. ;) (with the google DNS server a can surf)

And the pfSense Box cannot check for updates

        Unable to check for updates.

and the NTPD Service doesn´t start anymore (cannot resolve the ntp server, i think)

Same here- the forwarding seems to have stopped working.

I can query things on the local network, but it doesn't pass the requests on:

          nslookup www.yahoo.com.
          Server: 127.0.0.1
          Address: 127.0.0.1#53

          ** server can't find www.yahoo.com: REFUSED

          2.0-BETA5 (amd64)
