      2.0-BETA5 (amd64)
built on Sat Jan 8 00:47:04 EST 2011

My uptime was 4d17h and I had to remove a modem from my mlppp bundle. I did this and saved, but the ppp log did not show any new entries, suggesting that either it had stopped logging, or my changes were not effected.

I then changed the bandwidth of the WAN parent queue of the traffic shaper to a very low value. After saving and applying changes, the traffic graph showed no change in upload speed (which continued to be maxed out at the higher value. I reset states to be sure, but no change. At this point I decided my changes made in the UI were not being effected.

I attempted to update to the latest snap. This completed and pfsense rebooted. When it came back up my changes to the mlppp bundle and traffic shaper were finally in effect.

Sorry I don't have any more detailed information, unless you think there may be something of use in the logs.

Unless you can reproduce the same issue on a current snapshot, it may be something that was temporary and already fixed.
