Help: Change NIC on server

I try change NIC in my server, but the pfsense not discover for new NIC, and i try to add an other NIC, also not discover,
What i need to change and add new NIC cards,

Is it a supported NIC?
If you have swapped out your LAN NIC and now can't access you box you can just login at the console (serial or direct) and select option 1 to assign your new NIC to LAN.
