      can someone help me to add the BRIDGE0 interface in the pfsense 2.0 interface?

      i want not make a mistake config ;)

      is it possible to enable the bridge0 interface with status none - without problems?
      (like openvpn ovpn1 interface)

        Yes it is just do not try to assign it as lan but rather just rename the interface descriptions in the respective pages.
        That will make sure you cannot do harms.

        But you have to change even the tunables under system->advanced to filter traffic on the interface.

            i want to assign to opt4 with status "none"
            and rename it in description to bridge0…...for setting firewalling rules
            the bridge connects lan and wan

            ...is it possible without errors?

            (i want not lock out me for everytime)
