g'day , just manage to install pfsense 2 onto a system and thinking there issue with it..

OK i figured it out, using another type of browser , i now can see the rest of tabs.. ??? ??? ???
what i don't understand why it doesn't work on IE , as that only browser i use for local administration on my lan..
just Q will pfsense will add mac address only function to wireless section..
so far so good, working nicely..

As you can see in the bottom right of your screenshot your Internet Explorer places the pfSense's IP address in the Internet which is usually a restricted zone, meaning that no (Java-)scripts will run on sites in that zone. Add the address of your pfSense box (https://192.168.1.1) to the trusted sites in IE and access the web frontend again.

thanks for advice, but unfortunately that still doesn't show tabs .. .

That appears to be a really, really old version of IE.
Try a different theme, or ideally, use a different browser. Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari, or modern versions of IE work much better than IE 5/6.

IE 6 isn't supported and won't be, it's seriously broken in many ways and we aren't masochistic enough to even think about fixing it. Everything should work fine in IE 7 and 8.
