      im on:

      2.0-BETA5 (i386)
built on Tue Jan 25 06:07:53 EST 2011

the link to my VPN provider connects properly, the system logs for openvpn look like usual,

but i have no access outside my local net.

disable it, and everything works again.

      **edit
same problem using my secondary vpn provider.

      ***edit
i should note: the build i was on before this, was last saturday, the 22nd of january. (it worked fine)

      ****edit
i downgraded the system back to "pfSense-Full-Update-2.0-BETA5-i386-20110122-2152.tgz" and everything works again !

some change from 1/23/2011  –->  1/25/2011 has broken openvpn client.

i checked the bugtracker, and noticed that, Ermal Luçi and Eino Efimov have made a few changes to openvpn.

could this be the commit that killen openvpn ? :  http://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/1216#change-4789

Yes you should enable AON for this.
The decision was made because majority use openvpn in routing mode.
