DHCP for 03 subnets

Hello friends,

I need to make the following setting in PFSense, create DHCP scopes 03 DPIs be distributed according to some conditions, for example:

a) certain registered with MAC computers, should get the IP range 192.168.1.0/24
b) And other Mac computers with registered, should get the IP range 192.168.2.0/24
c) Computer strangers, visits arriving type accessing the wireless network, you should get the IP range 192.168.3.0/24, which will only access the internet, have no access to any resources on the network.

Please note that the server PFSense has two network cards, one connected to the LAN and the other connected to the WAN.

Is to set it up in PFSense?
