The subject sums up my question:  When there is a NAT entry with a linked firewall rule, and the link has been verified to be working (ie changes in the NAT rule change the firewall rule), should the firewall rule be disabled automatically when the NAT rule is disabled?

It is certainly not a major issue (if it is one), but just seems to be a bit of polish that could be added.

Good one, I think disabling either one should disable the other (as they are linked).

Either way, I think this should be added to the docs (whichever way it will work in 2.0).
