Hi guys I wanted to ask you a question.
Today, after many problems, I managed to install pfSense-1.2.3-RELEASE-4g-nanobsd.img  on an Alix 2d13 with CompactFlash 4GB and it works fine.
But I would like to install version 1.2.3-RELEASE-pfSense-LiveCD-Installer.iso on compactflash why so I can install the various packages.
Can I do this, or you need a harddisk?
      Thank you very much.

I have several systems that run a full install on a CompactFlash card.  If you don't use a high-end, SLC card you'll wear it out pretty quickly though.  The Alix boards also present another difficulty in that they have no video output so you'll actually need to install the card on a different machine and then transplant it.

        I can break anything.
