Package-reinstall back to Webinterface?

With update today i saw that the package-reinstall is going on at the webinterface, not as tha last days over console. Is that the right behaviour or a new/old feature?

If you are too quick and refresh the GUI page before the console has a chance to get to that stage, they will happen in the GUI.

If you wait until the system is fully booted, the console should do it.
