Hello, i tried to upgrade one of our pfsense virtual Maschines.
At the moment they run 1.3.2 i upgraded via the webinterface to the pfSense-Full-Update-2.0-RC1-i386-20110226-1429
One Maschine has 3 Ethernet Interfaces configured as e1000 in VMware vSphere 4.1
After the reboot i run in a network interface mismatch.
      A Picture is attached.

A Fresh install with importing the old Settings did'not work either.

Has anyone an idea what xould couse this?

      Thanks
      Dominik

Must be something invalid in your old config. Do you have any international characters in your old config?

Something is causing it to fail being parsed.

but as far as i see there are no special characters like ä,ö,ü or ß in the config.
What do you mean with international characters?

Those are the kind of characters I meant.

If you don't mind sharing your config, I can look it over. jimp [at] pfsense {dot} org

You had a line with such a character:

              <descr>PC-Anywhere Kläranlage</descr>
