I am really interested in authentication to pfSense using X.509 certificates,
because this would allow using smartcards and tokens and we would like to document our products for pfSense.

I can create server internal certificates or import existing server certificates.
      This works pretty well.

But whatever I try to create user certificates, it seems that they don't show up in the interface.
In pfSense 2.0 RC1, is it possible to logon using X.509 certificates ?

      Kind regards,

Logon to what? The firewall interface? No.

User certificates should show up fine under both the user's entry and under System > Cert Manager on the Certificates tab.
