Can we install pfsense on stand alone PC? Is that possible by any means? I dont want to use it on vmware virtual machine. i need to install it on a PC. what could be the known issues i could face? i think most probably HDD and ethernet drivers is one issue. are there other major troubles that make it hard to do this? is there any way out to embed HDD and ethernet drivers into pfsense 2.0 ISO?
      Thanks

Just download the ISO file, burn it and install it on a PC. It will probably just work. I've never ran pfSense on anything but normal PC's (and laptops). Here is the Hardware Compatibility List: http://www.pfsense.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=46&Itemid=51
