Log Entries: login on ttyv0 as root



  • Hi

    Does anybody what is all the time logging into my pfsense as root? It's not myself, can't be! - is this common? A process that is generating these entries? It' is almost every hour…

  • It's the shellmenu on the local console which logs in automatically. The idletimeout will logout the user but it logs in automatically again then. It's normal. Nothing to worry about.
