      Good Day,

Yesterday I upgraded y pfsense setup to 2.0-RC1 (i386) built on Sat Feb 26 16:00:14 EST 2011. Now when I try to browse, if I enter http://www.google.com in my browser, I eventually get a timeout error and the url is changed to http://www.google.com:8888. Can someone help me fix this please?

      Thanks.

Sounds like you have a port forward that isn't setup correctly. (Hint, "external interface" should almost never be "any" on a port forward)

Thanks a lot jimp. That was the issue, I removed the port forward and all is well.
