I am trying to figure out how to use a third NIC in my router as essentially a HUB port.  IE, I am trying to
have it so I can plug the box for my VOIP phone straight into the router, yet have it pull it's IP address and have the same connection ability as if I just plugged it into my hub.

I tried Bridging it and adding firewall rules, but I must admit… I am completely lost.

Bridge the port you want to use for the Voip, to the port that has your hub on it.
