Getting snmp timeout when doing snmpwalk to IP address of OPT4 interface, which I'm using as a management interface. SNMP config page no longer has options to bind to LAN only or other interfaces.

How do I tell snmpd what interface(s) to bind to?  ???

    Thanks.

It binds to all interfaces. As long as you allow access to udp port 161 it should respond on any interface, assuming the service is enabled and actually running.
