Pfsense 2.0 dual wan failover + loadbalance

Take my apologies for never ending story with wan balancers and fail-overs ….. I know this topic is coming back like boomerang. I have tried to do as many guides in the forum provides step by step instructions and I have something like on the pics .... I have 2 x Comcast

UNDER GATEWAY STATUS SHOUDL BE both ONLINE - right?
