I'm running the latest snapshot of pfsense 2.0.

I've run the shaper wizard and configured for hfsc and "asterisk."

I then copied the floating rule and modified it to apply to IAX2 traffic on udp 4569. Voip traffic is going into voip queue, and outbound traffic is shaped correctly - audio is clear.  However incoming traffic (downloads) causes the audio to break up.  I've searched the board for hours, and haven't been able to find a solution.  I've tweaked the interface upload and download speeds, increased voip upload and download values, reran the wizard for cfq, preq, etc.  No luck.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

      Please help!

Well, to answer my own question:
Clone the queue to the lan interface and adjust the bandwidth.

The Wizard does not create any rules for the LAN (at least in my case.)

I was on the verge of reflashing to zeroshell, but I must admit I'm glad I didn't.  Like many things in pfsense, it works great once you finally figure it out.
