      I am running the latest snapshot as of yesterday and a have a successful carp setup working perfectly except for the traffic shaping filters.
      I checked the box by filters on the primary, but the filters did not sync over to the secondary.
      Creating the filters manually on the secondary resolved the issue.  Perhaps it is a bug?
