      Hi,

Running the embedded version of pfSense 1.2.3 on a VIA motherboard with only the stock WAN and LAN interfaces, with a TP-Link 8840 in half-bridge mode to the pfSense box.

The DHCP lease time on the 8840 is hardcoded and cannot be reset, and is currently too long. As such when the modem resets the pfSense box does attempt to reconnect and get the new WAN IP address. At the moment I'm solving the issue by restarting pfSense, is their an easier option to force pfSense to aquire a new WAN IP?

      Thanks
