Stupid squid

I`ve used squid before and was working fine.I want to use squid as a gateway for all the network but i see that i cannot choose what ports i want only the default one. Can someone help me with that?

At Services | Proxy Server you have a setting for: Proxy Port (This is the port the proxy server will listen on.) where you can enter your desired port.

Then you are in transparent proxy mode which is on port 80 by definition.
Set the WebGUI of pfSense to :81 or change to HTTPS on :443 and this error message will go away.
Alternatively turn off transparent proxying and you get access to squid only on the specified port.
