I'm using the Draytek v120 as a PPPoA to PPPoE bridge for pfSense 1.2.3 and I've never been assigned my static IP with this configuration over the past year or so that it has been enabled for my account. My ISP says my password is reported as incorrect at their end and thus I'm assigned a dynamic IP. I've checked and re-checked the password many times it is needless to say, does anyone else have any other clues?

I'm also using the Vigor 120 and pfSense 1.2.3 without issue. I don't have a static IP though.
Are you sure it's set to pppoa-pppoe bridge? Only explanation I can think of is that the modem is sending a password incorrectly. Have you updated the modem firmware?
Other than that it's ISP incompetence!  ::)

Talked to the ISP and they've had a look and reset the password and I'm now getting the static IP. I've changed the password again since and the IP's sticking so seems to be sorted.
