What packages do I need to track internet traffic?

I have 2.0 in bridge mode.  I want to track with our internet usage is, where people are going ,etc.  What packages do I need and a basic how to would be great.

It depends on what exactly you intend on tracking.

For traffic accounting, the best would be netflow (see the doc wiki for details), failing that, something like bandwidthd. If you want to know the websites that people visit, you'd have to run them through a proxy like squid.
