    WebPanel remote access issue

      Very strange issue.
      I'm testing pfSense in LAN only, so both WAN/LAN IPs are in same subnet.

      But I think this behavior is unexpected:

      • Firewall -> Rules -> LAN interface…
        TCP, source: LAN subnet, port: any, destination: LAN address, port: 443
        this rule will not allow let me in to webPanel from LAN subnet
        BUT
        TCP, source: any, port: any, destination: LAN address, port: 443
        will work.

      For WAN interface option "Block private networks" is disabled, I'm using manual firewall rules for webPanel.

      Is this correct? Or I missed something..

        You have LAN and WAN on the same network, that can and will cause many issues if you have things improperly configured.
